If you have already tried to select "Submit Post" at my.socialnative.com and this is not working - this could be due to a technical issue or you might be trying to submit after your posting window dates.
If your post has been sent after your posting window, we will review with the Operations team if we can still accept your post to be eligible for payment. We require that posts are submitted within the posting window.
If you are trying to submit a Reel or Tiktok, please note that our current platform does not support these formats, so we will process them manually. Please email all details and the link to your Instagram or tiktok post to support@socialnative.com for review.
