If you authorized your Social Native account using Instagram, try these steps:
1. On a desktop or laptop, visit www.instagram.com and log out of any account you're logged in to
2. Visit https://my.socialnative.com/creator/login and click “Login With Instagram”
3. Enter the Instagram credentials associated with your Social Native account and click “Login”
4. You should then be redirected to your Social Native dashboard
If that doesn't work, please record the exact date and time when the issue occurred and email all information to support@socialnative.com. This will help us to identify the issue more easily.
Additionally, Please also include the following information:
What Device are you using ? e.g. iphone, macbook etc.
What Browse are you using?r: Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc.
If an error message is displayed, please also include the message or a screenshot.
If you authorized your Social Native account using YouTube, try these steps:
- On a desktop or laptop, visit https://myaccount.google.com/ and log out of all accounts you’re logged in to
- Visit https://my.socialnative.com/creator/login and click “Login With YouTube”
- Enter the YouTube/Google credentials associated with your Social Native account and click “Login”
- You should then be re-directed to your Social Native dashboard
If the above steps do not work, please email support@socialnative.com with the email address associated with your Social Native account, the social network and handle/URL you used to authorize your account, and a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving when attempting to log in so our technical team can look into your issue!
