To troubleshoot this, could you please try the following
1. Logout of Social Native, if you are currently logged in
2. Check your Facebook Business Page settings to confirm that your IG Account is still connected
3. Login to S|N again to re-authenticate your account
NOTE: When logging into S|N, you must allow ALL permissions and ensure that you are selecting/clicking on the name of your Facebook Business page from the displayed drop-down field.
