If you are unable to submit a post for verification, it's likely due to the fact that the platform is flagging your account for an expired authentication token, which is preventing us from processing your latest post. (Please note that we process Tiktok videos and Reels manually for the time being: if your post is in one of these formats, you should email the URL and a screenshot of the metrics to firstname.lastname@example.org)
To troubleshoot this, could you please try the following
- Logout of Social Native, if you are currently logged in
- Check your Facebook Business Page settings to confirm that your IG Account is still connected
- Login to S|N again to re-authenticate your account
- Verify your Instagram again. Please complete this step even if your Instagram already is listed as Verified.
NOTE: When logging into S|N, you must allow ALL permissions and ensure that you are selecting/clicking on the name of your Facebook Business page from the displayed drop-down field.
