Social Native offers Creators the ability to connect with their favorite brands on paid content collaborations. Any actions taken by registered Creators to undermine or interfere with normal campaign/collaboration functions will directly impact that Creator’s eligibility for future campaigns.
Please note that Social Native reserves the right to suspend accounts or limit campaign invitations for the following reasons:
Reselling Gifted Promotional Product(s):
All products that are gifted to you from a brand are meant for promotional use only -- not for resale. Brands value authenticity when working with Creators so you put your relationship with the brand at risk when attempting to sell gifted product(s). By accepting into a campaign, you forfeit your right to resell product for profit on third party sites such as eBay, Poshmark, etc.
Sharing Promotional Code(s):
Promo codes are intended for use within the campaign. Creators should only use codes for campaigns they are approved into and to access approved products for a campaign collaboration. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Creators sharing promotional codes with any other parties whether in our network or not. By sharing promotional codes outside of their intended use, you willingly forfeit your right to participate in any future Social Native campaigns.
Contacting Brand Partner(s):
One of the many reasons Brands come to Social Native is to offset the burden of managing campaigns directly. When it comes to campaign-related inquiries, please reach out to our team at support@socialnative.com as they will be the best suited to address concerns around deadlines, guidelines, etc. By opting into a campaign, you agree to refrain from contacting Brand partners that you have connected with through our platform via email, Instagram or other messaging platforms.
Misrepresenting/Criticizing Brand Partner(s):
Brands expect Creators to be their ambassadors. This expectation stretches beyond your approved content and encompasses how you speak to followers about a campaign’s brand/product in post comments, stories or other platforms. As a result, Creators shall not reference their relationship with Social Native or any of our Brand Partner(s), in connection with any political activities, social causes, or commercial activities that have not been pre-approved. Additionally, Creators shall not communicate to anyone, in writing or orally, anything critical of Social Native or our Brand Partner(s), or of either of our respective businesses/ services.
Failing to return product for incomplete campaigns:
Brands will often gift product(s) for a campaign with the expectation that they will receive content in return. If you fail to complete a campaign by submitting approved content before a campaign ends, you may be asked to return the product at your own expense. Failing to return product when required will at minimum result in a 90-day account suspension.
Lastly, if Social Native reasonably concludes that Creators have failed to comply with this conduct agreement in addition to any of our platform’s Terms of Use, Social Native will immediately suspend payment and disqualify the Creator from participating in future campaigns.
