You are currently required to have a Facebook Business Page associated with the Instagram account that you registered with Social Native.
Meta, Instagram's parent company has changed how the Social Native platform is able to pull analytics in from your sponsored Instagram posts. To continue giving us access to standard performance metrics on your sponsored posts and participating in any future campaigns with us, you will need to associate your existing account to a Facebook Business page.
